Loading sheet
This document is used to load a truck following the order of the loading sequences of the DOs. It is used before the shipment of the round and it specifies the "shippable DOs".
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Outputs.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
Outputs > Shipments > Rounds

Description of the report
The header of the TOURNEE document displays the following information:
- The information related to the round: Round no., generic round reference, carrier code and description, transport mode and round description.
Each line of the loading sheet groups the DOs to be shipped by increasing round sequence and provides the following information:
- Customer code of the round sequence, details of the recipient code
- Total of the weight and volume to be shipped by round sequence, linear metering used.
- Number of SUs and number of detail parcels by round sequence.
- Number of detail parcels and number of parcels shippable as is by level.
A total of the round shipment points to be shipped is printed and it specifies:
- The weight, the volume and the linear metering to be shipped.
- The number of SUs and the number of parcels
- The number of detail parcels and the number of parcels shippable as is by level.
