This inquiry is used to retrieve all the running times tracked in response to a WO selection or without WO.

Header

Presentation

The header information is used to specify the principal selection criteria for the inquiry being used.

  • Site: It is mandatory to enter a site.
  • Number range: this field is loaded by default with the number associated with the connected user. The ranges are used to filter the trackings based on the operators that performed them.
  • Tracking date range: The purpose here is to determine for which period the tracking of the time spent needs to be restored.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selection

The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations.

  • Employee ID (field EMPNUMDEB)

This field corresponds to the Labor operator.

  • Tracking date (field MFGDATDEB)

This tracking date defaults to today's date. This date will be used as the posting date for all stock transactions linked to this tracking.
You can enter an earlier date than today but not a later date. The system will validate that the date falls in a period for which stock updates are authorized.

Start - end range

  • Work center (field CPLWSTDEB)

The work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation is carried out.

This is an entity for which it is requested to plan loads and track production times.

Each work center is associated with an attachment site.

  • Tracking number (field MFGTNUMDEB)

The WO tracking is identified by this unique number.
It is automatically generated upon each creation.

    • Work order (field MFGNUMDEB)

    This field displays the work order number (unique ID).
    This number is automatically or manually generated upon each creation.
    Click the Selectionicon to open the list of work orders (which only includes 'Firm' or 'Closed' work orders) and select a work order.

    • Released product (field RELITMDEB)

    This field indicates the product reference code. It is generated by a sequence number counter (set up in function Sequence number counters) in the case when the product category has a sequence number counter code.

    The reference cannot be modified. It is automaticaly assigned and displayed at product creation end.

    Presentation

    The columns present in this grid depend on the setup of the screen code chosen.

    By default this grid displays for the chosen selection criteria, a line by tracked time, showing the following:

    • Time type: (time spent on a WO or outside of a WO)
    • Achieved quantities, rejected achieved quantities
    • The times spent (running time, setup time) to achieve these quantities
    • The information on the routing, operation no., work center, routing code, WO code, within the framework of a tracking achieved in response to a WO.

    Tracking detail

    This button provides access by tunnel to the tracking management.

    Work Order

    Within the framework of a tracking achieved in response to a MO, this button makes it possible to view the WO.

    Consumptions

    In the case of a time tracking associated with a material consumption, this button is used to access the material consumption inquiry.

    Manufacturing

    In the case of a time tracking associated with a receipt to stock, this button is used to access the production inquiry.

    Specific Buttons

    This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header.

    It is possible to specify here criteria ranges:

    • Routings
    • Routing codes
    • Work centre
    • Operations
    • Project
    • Order
    • Time type: It is possible here to filter the various trackings presented according to their type (tracking related to a release or miscellaneous tracking)

    Screen code : generally speaking, the inquiries can be set up. It is possible to call up customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This customization makes it possible to choose what are the information that should be shown in the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid.

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
