Presentation
The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.
Site : it is mandatory to enter a site.
Product : it is mandatory to enter a product code.
Entry type it is possible to only view the detailed allocations for a given entry type or for all entry types together.
Entry no. : : it is possible to view the detailed allocations for a given entry (sales order for example).

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| Enter or select the storage site where the selected product is active. The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table. |
| Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired. |
Block number 2
| Enter a document type if you wish to filter the inquiry and restrict it to this type of document. |
| Enter the document number reference to inquire, depending on the chosen document type. |

The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.
The inquiry displays for the chosen product the detailed allocations specifying for each allocation:
The entry type and the entry: this concerns the entry for which a detailed allocation was attempted. This can be a sales order, a shipment, an invoice with stock issue, a supplier return or a works order.
The allocated quantity for the line.
The lot, sub-lot, the major and minor version number and the number allocated according to the management method for the product.
The status for the allocated stock for a line.
The warehouse and location of the allocated stock.
The detailed allocation lines for which the allocated stock has a status other than A or A*, are displayed in red.

Action icon
This button is used to access to the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header. Here, the only additional criterion proposed is the possibility to use a specific screen code. Screen code: the inquiries can be set up in a general manner (for more detail, see the Inquiry screens documentation). It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This customization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. It is possible to save one or several sets of criteria by recording Memo codes that can be called later on or deleted.
