The header information makes it possible to specify the principal selection criteria for the inquiry used, here the site, the product and the reference date.
This display summarizes the stock report at the inquiry date, notably the internal physical stock detailed by status, stock waiting put-away, loaned stock, and stock at the sub-contractor etc.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| Enter or select the storage site where the selected product is active. The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table. |
| Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired. |
Block number 2
| Enter the reference date used for calculating the expiration date of a lot in stock. This field displays today’s day by default. The availability of this field depends on the expiration management mode set on the product record. |

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header. Screen code: as a general rule, inquiries can be set up (for further details, see the Inquiry screens documentation. It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This personalization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. It is possible to memorize one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes. that can be subsequently recalled or deleted .
