Graph Loads
The objective of this function is to make it possible to graphically display all the available load (order type OWx) for a given site.
The load represents the load generated during the creation of a work order (firm or planned) or generated during the launch of the MRP with load calculation. This load may be scheduled or not.
The non scheduled order load is displayed by operation start and end dates that correspond to the start and end dates of the work order.

Site selection
It is mandatory to enter a site. The site shown by default corresponds to the site associated with the user.
Load display setups
Scheduling status
The requested load status should be mentioned: Scheduled or Not scheduled
Load type
It is possible to select the load type required.
- Suggested load (OWS)
- Planned load (OWP)
- Firm load (OWF)
Selection criteria
It is possible to extract the load by criterion
- Work centre group
- Work centre
- Frequency
- Start date and Number of periods: It is necessary to specify the horizon for which the load will be displayed from the start date (by default the current date).
It is advisable to regularly carry out a load calculation (see the Load recalculation documentation) in order to re-synchronize the loads with respect to the periods defined in the scheduling setups.
Display Load graph
- The graph represents the load in the form of a histogram.
- The total available capacity for the site, the group or work centre selected is represented by a red line.
- A different color is assigned for the display of the different load statuses (Firm, Planned, Suggested).
- A contextual menu left click is available on the graph, for each of these periods. Provides access to:
- the inquiry Load WIPin order to view the detail of the load on the selected period,
- the inquiry of the Load,
- the Excel export of the data.

Selections
| The work center group is a physical or fictitious entity grouping several work centers of machine, labor or sub-contracting type. |
| The work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation is carried out. This is an entity for which it is requested to plan loads and track production times. Each work center is associated with an attachment site. |
| This field identifies the type of operation that is performed at this work center. This might be a machine, a labor resource, or a subcontracted operation. Work centers of type Subcontracting are managed externally by subcontract suppliers. |
