This function will make it possible to access two graphical inquiries, after the invoices to be selected and the frequency type to be considered have been chosen:

  • Tax. excl./Category: This choice makes it possible to compare, in the form of a histogram, the invoiced tax excl. amount and the tax excl. amount of credit memos by period. The tax excl. amount includes the invoicing elements for the Sales module invoices.
  • Paid: This selection is used to view, in the form of a histogram, the paid and unpaid tax incl. amount by period.

    Screen management

    This screen will make it possible to select the invoices based on several criteria, but also to choose the time-related criteria and the display frequency.

  • Company: The company is automatically loaded with the company of the user's default sale site. It remains modifiable and it can be forced to empty to view the invoices of all the companies. In that case, the site is automatically forced to empty.
  • Site: It is the sale site. This site is automatically loaded with the user's default sale site. It can be forced to empty. In that case, the inquiry will deal with all the company's invoices.
  • Customer                   : When accessing the inquiry from a customer record, the customer code is loaded with the customer code of the record being viewed. Otherwise the customer code is not entered. If no customer is mentioned, the inquiry will relate to all the customers of the folder.
  • Invoice No.: This criterion is used to define invoice ranges to be viewed
  • Invoice: This check box is used to select the invoices
  • Credit memo: This check box is used to select the credit memos
  • Pro forma: This check box is used to select the Pro forma invoices
  • Validated: This check box is used to select the validated (or posted) invoices
  • Not validated: This check box is used to select the non-validated invoices.
  • Sales module: This criterion is used to select all the sales categories of the Sales module
  • A/P-A/R Accounting module: This criterion is used to select all the sales categories of the A/P-A/R Accounting module
  • Time-related criteria:

      • Periodicity : The display frequency of the graphical information can be selected. The month is proposed by default. It is also possible to choose a frequency in Day, Week, Half-Year, or Year.
      • Start date: The start date is initialized with the first day of the month coming from the current date minus two months.
      • Number of periods: It is possible to display the number of periods to be displayed. If this information is modified, the end date will be automatically modified based on the number of periods and the frequency chosen.
      • End date: The end date is initialized with the current date postponed to the last day of the month.

    Selection

    • Active memo (field MEMO)

     

    This screen is used to specify the criteria for the selection and display of the invoices to be viewed.

    Selection criteria:

    - Company/Site: It is necessary to assign one or the other. If the company is assigned, all the sites in this company must be authorized. If the site is assigned, this must be authorized.

    - Customer : The inquiry can concern all the customers or a specific customer.

    - Invoice number ranges.

    - Date range:

    - Invoice category to be consulted: Invoice, Credit note, Proforma.

    - Invoice status to be consulted: Validated Invoice (Credit memo), Non validated Invoice (Credit memo/Proforma) - also includes the printed invoices.

    Display criteria:

    - Invoice display order in the grid by number or by date.

    - A screen code (optional) that makes reference to the set up inquiry screens. Notably these screens define the columns to be displayed in the inquiry grid.

    All these criteria can be saved by the user under a code XXX on clicking the "Memo" button. To re-display criteria saved under memo code YYY, click on button "Call" and enter YYY. The criteria saved under the memo code STD will be pre-loaded when the user enters the function.

    When this flag is active, it displays the cancellation invoices.

    • Posted (field INVSTAO)

    When this flag is checked, it displays the invoices whose status is Canceled.

    • A/P-A/R module (field ORIMODTIE)

    Specific Buttons

    This button is used to record the chosen criteria in a specific memo code. The STD memo code is systematically submitted when accessing this function.

    This button makes it possible to recall a Memo that has already been recorded.

    This button is used to delete a recorded memo.

    This button provides access to the graphical inquiry displaying by period the invoiced tax excl.amount by shipment category.

    This button provides access to the graphical inquiry displaying by period the tax incl.amount, paid and still to be paid.

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
