This inquiry is used to know the number of service requests by queue. All the queues in the database are displayed even if no service request is associated with them.

From the moment that a service request has been given a queue type assignment (Management tab), it is possible to view the statistics on the queues by right click on the "Assignment detail" field. The number of assigned service requests is displayed by queue number in a grid. It is then possible to access by tunnel the detail of each queue concerned.
