This function is used to inquire the provisional costs for the selected product and site.

Header

Presentation

The header block is used to select the site, the product and the reference date.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

This field indicates the product reference code. It is generated by a sequence number counter (set up in function Sequence number counters) in the case when the product category has a sequence number counter code.

The reference cannot be modified. It is automaticaly assigned and displayed at product creation end.

Enter or select the storage site where the selected product is active.

The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table.

  • Reference date (field DATREF)

The reference date is used to select the products according to their validity start date and end date.
The entry of a date dated 00/00/00 is used to select all the products irrespective of their validity date.

SEEINFO The reference date cannot be equal to zero or be earlier than the current date.

This field can only be displayed and it cannot be modified.

  • Cost group (field BRDCOD)

 

 

 

  • Standard (field STDCSTUPD)

 

  • Revised (field CUTCSTUPD)

 

  • Budgeted (field BUDCSTUPD)

 

  • Simulated (field SIMCSTUPD)

Tab Costing

Presentation

This tab is used to inquire the multi-level costs.
The fields cannot be modified or entered.

General presentation

The columns represent the four types of costs.

The pre-set lines represent the various cost components.

gesics_loupe.gif: this contextual button available at the bottom of the grid displays the detail of the sub-totals for each cost component.

The displayed calculation date is the date of the launch of the calculation or the date for the entry of the manually created costs.

This can be changed using a different setup.

The only error messages are the generic ones.
