Manufacturing > Analyses > Product axis report

This function is used to display on paper or on the screen the results of the last production analysis started along the product axis. It is based on the production tracking. It only takes into account the closed work orders. It generates a result on the basis of the work order and the product.

It is used to directly print the results for the product type analyses.

  • Delay analysis: Comparison between the calculated end date (last automatic scheduling before tracking) of the work order and the first entry date (date upon which the first production reporting has been carried out).
  • Lead time analysis: Comparison of the production lead times (product site record/lead time calculated by the last automatic scheduling/achieved lead time).
  • Time analysis: Comparison of the load times (defined in the routing standard operations, defined in the work order, entered in the operation tracking of the work order)
  • Operating yield
  • On the quantity: Comparison between the achieved quantities and the rejected quantities at the level of each operation
  • On the time: Comparison between the achieved time and the effective time
  • Material yield: Comparison between the components used with respect to the effective planned use

This function is also used to relaunch a production analysis along the product axis for a specific production site and over a determined period.

Selection criteria

Production site

This field is loaded by the production site associated with the operator. It is possible to select another site.

Analysis end date

The system searches for the print the analysis corresponding to the indicated end date. If the mentioned end date does not correspond to a completed analysis, the print will not give any result.

Selection of the analysis choice

The required analysis needs to be specified, only one choice is possible simultaneously.

New analysis

On the other hand it is possible to carry out a new analysis by checking the "Update analysis" box and stipulating a start date for the analysis. This new analysis will take the place of the previous analysis having the same end date.

Start/End range

Information can be extracted from the analysis for a selection of products or work order for the selected choice.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selection criteria

The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations.

  • Analysis end date (field MSTDAT)

Use this field to filter the orders to be loaded.

SEEWARNINGObserve loading times.

  • field FIL1

  • Analysis to edit (field PROANA)

List of the production analysis oriented towards "products".

Block number 3

  • field FIL2

  • Refresh the analysis (field CLCANA)

Indicator for the analysis of production data.
If this indicator is not abled, the print bases on a previous analysis.
If this indicator is abled, a new analysis is carried out.

  • Analysis start date (field STRANA)

Start date for the production analysis period.

Start - end range

  • Released product (field ITMREFDEB)

This field indicates the references of the product to produce.

SEEINFO It is possible to add a sub-product which was not planned initially to the BOM. Select a new cell in the "Product" column, double-click and select "Add sub-product".

    • field ITMREFFIN

    • Work order (field MFGNUMDEB)

This field displays the work order number (unique ID).
This number is automatically or manually generated upon each creation.
