The following fields are present on this tab :
Selection criteria
The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations.
Start - end range
The work center group is a physical or fictitious entity grouping several work centers of machine, labor or sub-contracting type.
  |
This field identifies the type of operation that is performed at this work center. This might be a machine, a labor resource, or a subcontracted operation. Work centers of type Subcontracting are managed externally by subcontract suppliers.

The work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation is carried out. This is an entity for which it is requested to plan loads and track production times. Each work center is associated with an attachment site.

Enter, select or build an Enterprise Management filter calculation expression using the formula editor. An error message is displayed if you refer to tables which are not generally used by the configurator, or to unknown variables.
Block number 3
Box checked: mass deletion of capacity variations. Box not checked: no deletion of the capacity variations.
Variation of capacity
Type in, or select the first date of the period of non-availability of this work center. For example, a specific date this work center is not available because of maintenance, or the first date of an operator's leave of absence.
Type in, or select the last date of the period of non-availability of this work center. For example, a specific date this work center is not available because of maintenance, or the last date of an operator's leave of absence.
Type in, or select the code that best describes the reason for this period of non-availability of this work center. Reason codes are defined in miscellaneous table 801 - Capacity variation reasons.
A weekly structure is a set of 7 values, each specifying the hourly capacity of a day in the week. The Manufacturing module must exist in the folder for this field to be available for entry. Calendars are used for calculating the capacity of a work center.
The number of work centers makes it possible to manage the number of resources for identical resources in order to carry out an operation. For instance, a labor work center may comprise 3 people. This is indicated by entering 3 in the number of resources.

Purge
Capacity variation
This section is used to load the variation tab of the work center.
The [OK] button leads to the display of a second screen where the selected work centers and the new variations are summarized.
Variations table:
The grid is loaded with all the processed work centers and their variations. The Period, Reason, Structure, Work center number fields can be modified.
If the period of an existing variation and the new one overlap, the tick box Load existing variations is used, if ticked to modify the dates of the existing variation. In this way, the new variation will be inserted within the already existing variations. On the other hand, if the box is not ticked, no date modification will take place. The new variation will not be taken into account if there is an overlap.
Mass deletion of capacity variations:
The tick box Purge variations in the first screen is used to carryout a mass deletion of the capacity variations. If this box is ticked, the variations can be deleted by using the right click Line deletion.

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
The messages listed below are specific to the Work center replacement function.
During entry, the following messages can appear:
None of the site's work centers meet the selection criteria.
All work centers are linked to a specific site, Here the chosen work centre is linked to a production site other than that selected in the header. However, it is mandatory that it is linked to the site specified in the header.
On the sub-contractor work center. The type of the sub-contractor work center has to be "sub-contractor".
If a capacity variation already exists for the work center then the update is not carried out.
This is an information message. It appears if the period for a variation exists already and the new variation overlaps it.
