Setup > A/P-A/R accounting > Screens > Reminder campaigns

On reminder management, it is possible to define a screen code that specifies the information that the user is entitled to view or modify.

This setup makes it possible to define, by choosing among the list of all the displayable information, the columns of the grid to be displayed, their order of appearance and their ability to be modified.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Block number 1

  • Description (field DESTRA)

Common title of the current record.

Block number 2

  • Active (field ENAFLG)

Used to deactivate the screen if the field is not checked.

Grid Details

  • field NBRFLD
  • Field (field INTIT)

This column lists the fields that are available for display.

  • Order (field DAC)

The "Blank" order number is used to specify that the column in question will not appear in the inquiry viewed via this screen code.

The order number N is used to specify that the column is question will appear in position N in the inquiry viewed via this screen code (knowing that the positions are relative: it is thus possible to define N with 5, 10 etc. intervals).

  • Input (field SAI)

The Entry flag is used to define whether the field is simply displayed or also assigned.

Specific Buttons

It is used to validate the screen by generating the corresponding code. This validation is automatic on creation or modification; the button is thus only really useful when deleting a screen file on the application server, or in the case of a copy from one folder to another (the validation is not in this case carried out automatically in the target folder).

The following fields are included on the window opened through this button :

Block number 1

  • field OBJET

  • field CLES

Block number 2

  • From folder (field DOSORG)

Use this field to define the folder from which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

  • All folders (field TOUDOS)

Use this option to copy the record to all the folders defined in the dictionary (ADOSSIER table of the current solution).

  • To folder (field DOSDES)

Use this field to define the folder to which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

Close

This button makes it possible to transfer the contents of the complete table to another folder.

Used to view the screen obtained by the parameterization.

This button is used to view the screen as it is being set up, in Web mode, after it has been validated.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
