The configuration of these functionalities is defined by your administrator.Your portal may not include all the functions described in this document.
Click the icon in the shape of a screen to choose the window display size.
The Personal folder page is divided in two sections:
The displayed information originates from the Sage X3 HR & Payroll employee record, and/or from the last modified record if it has not been validated yet.
Click the information to view or modify on the left section of the page. The related information is displayed on the right section of the page.
To modify the information, click the Edit icon. Click the OK button to save the entry and enable the transmission of an email to the line manager and/or HR manager for approval.
To modify information about an employee, enter the first letters of the employee's name in the Employee field. The predictive entry is available in this field.
All the personal folder information can be modified or information can be added, except for:
1. To create a new gadget (Children, Bank details, People to contact, Authorizations): click the Nouvelle button to display the data window.
2. Populate the fields.
3. Click OK.
4. Click the Validate button, then the Yes button to submit the entry to the validation circuit.
The number of gadgets is limited.You cannot add additional gadgets once you have reached a given threshold, even if you have deleted other gadgets.If you have reached the maximum number of gadgets, modify an existing one.
To validate the record, the Date of birth field must be specified.
Each record can be accessed via the My requests link. The request inquiry page is detailed in the documentation linked to the My requests function.
Click the Edit icon to open the parameter entry screen of the gadget or record.
1. Select the Delete box at the bottom of the gadget.
2. Confirm by clicking the Validate button, then the Yes button.
The Income declaration portal function is dedicated to the Portuguese localization only.
Any employee can access the Income declaration function to have their own income declarations sent by email in PDF format and be able to print them.
Your income declarations can be sent by email according to the declaration history in Sage X3 People and according to the criteria you have entered. You can send all your income declarations to your own email as long as you have associated data in Sage X3 People. If you enter criteria in the portal which are not associated with Sage X3 People, no email can be sent and an error message is displayed in the portal.
The emails are defined in the Employees function (Personnel administration > Personnel data forms > Employees).
How to use the Income declaration function
1. Enter the year and select the company.
2. Click Print.
3. An email is sent to your inbox with the attached income declaration. You can print the income declaration.
