ACCENTFIL setup - Implementation

Prerequisites

Closed Fiscal years and periods

• When the file generation concerns a full fiscal year, the FY must be closed before the extraction is launched.
• When the file generation concerns a period of the FY, the period must be closed before the extraction is launched.

Elements to set up

Before launching the extraction in the ACCENTFIL interface launch function, you need to:

• create an identifier in the ACCENTFIL Setup function (this field is mandatory in the interface launch screen),
• create a file of the 'Accounting entries file' type,
• always enter the SIREN number of the company (structural element in the file coding).

Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.
