Field help (ABPLECPID)

In the query management function, the status of a query is displayed as soon as it was started. The status is verified by searching for a file that contains the PID (system process identifier), created by the task when it was started. If this file is not found, a loop is performed, with a timing given by this value (in seconds).

In general, a value of 1 to 5 seconds is reasonable. This value shall be decreased in case of rapid execution tasks, it shall be raised if the batch server is overloaded.
