Field help (CTR2SRCRET)

This field is dedicated to the Portuguese legislation.

The retention code automatically defaults to one of the following values:

• The values of the following fields on the employee’s record:
  - Marital status, Dependent child(ren), Number of holders and Pension fields on the Civil status tab
  - Disabled worker field on the Admin tab
  
• The postal code of the employee’s site

You can also modify the retention code manually if needed.
The retention code is linked to the grids.
