Two values are possible for this field:
- "No": The journal does not need to be reversed.
- "To reverse": The reversal of the concerned journal is automatically launched and generated. The accounting journal can then be selected for a mass reversal on the indicated reversal date.
When the journal has already been reversed, the fields "Reversal" and "Reversal date" cannot be accessed anymore.
To reverse a journal unitarily , the journal to be reversed only needs to be selected, then, in the Tool Bar the Reversal function of the Zoom menu should be selected. A date as well as a modifiable reversal title are proposed by default.
