Field help (IBACFLG)

When activated, this checkbox specifies that entry a registration bar code is authorized on the physical element(s) linked with the financial asset.
When an asset cannot be registered, only the physical elements that do not have a bar code will be linked with the fixed asset.

In fixed asset creation: 

• This check box is used, when activated, to automatically generate and link the asset to as much physical elements as the quantity specified on the asset.
  However, this automatic processing is conditioned by the PHYAUTCRE - Automatic creation of element setup which has to be set on Yes.
• This box can be automatically activated after entering the Group code if the Group is set as a group of registered assets.
• It can also be activated/deactivated by the user.

After validating an asset linked with at least one physical element containing a bar code, this field can no longer be modified.
