Field help (SQDBPAADD)

The delivery address is initialized to the delivery address entered in the quote header. It can be personalized on each quote line related to deliverable products, if the general parameter LINBPD - Ship-to customer on detail (VEN chapter, MIS group) allows it.
The modification of the delivery address of a quote line has the following consequences:

• the delivery lead-time of the line and the delivery contact will be re-initialized,
• if necessary, a message indicating that the product is prohibited for this new address, is displayed. If you are not subject to any blocking control on prices (SDACLOK - Non blocking ctrl price, margin,qty user parameter), then you may ignore the warning message and resume,
• a dialog box opens and suggests that prices and discounts be re-calculated. The answer Yestriggers a price list search according to the new delivery address.

The delivery address can be entered on a quote line. In that case, from the moment that the quote is considered on an order, the default delivery address will be automatically selected upon order creation.

From the Actionsicon, you can select a delivery address for the customer and jump to this delivery address. If the business partner for the quote is a prospect, only selection is available to pick an address for the prospect. When the quote line is taken into account for an order, the prospect's address is automatically transformed into a delivery address when the prospect becomes a customer.
