Field help (VOU1)

This is the volume UOM code that is used to convert volume to weight by applying a factor.

The conversion of volume into weight is used to price out light, but cumbersome, packages.

The volume of the shipped packages is converted into this unit before applying the factor, and this code is mandatory if a factor weighting is used.

It is possible to choose a code from the UOM table or to create a new one directly.
