Product version management
This activity code is used to activate the Version management functionality.
Version management allows all changes to a product or a procedure to be managed using a systematic approach. Version management might be required to manage the following:
- Increased or significant changes to the 'form', 'fit' or 'function'
- Deviations from the original design
- Minor features or changes in functionality
- Significant fixes.
