Simplified slip date
Use this parameter within the context of the simplified payslips. It specifies the application start date of the simplified payslips.

This parameter is defined at the level Company.It belongs to Chapter BUL (Payslip-X3P) and the Group EBP (Payslip printing-X3P),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

- PAYCLAOPT (Simplified payslip option)

In France, simplified payslips are mandatory starting from the 1st January 2017 for companies with over 300 employees, and the 1st of January 2018 for companies with less than 300 employees.
The UTI002108 utility can be run (in the EXETRT Process execution function) to initialize this parameter to the date of 01/01/2017 for all the companies in the folder.
This date is tested when the simplified payslip is printed: if the payroll date entered in the report parameters of the simplified payslip (Pay date range report parameter) is later than or equal to the date entered for the DATCLAOPT parameter; and if the value of the PAYCLAOPT - Simplified slip option parameter (BUL chapter, EBP group) is 'Yes', the Simplified payslip report parameter is initialized to 'Yes'.
The reports relating to the simplified payslips are BULLETINT - Salary slip and BULCALT - Salary slip calendar.
If payroll headers have been generated using the code of the BULLETIN or BULCAL reports instead of the BULLETINT or BULCALT reports, the UTI002110 utility can be run to perform a mass update. Only those headers generated with a payroll date equal to or later than the date specified by the DATCLAOPT parameter value are impacted.
