General parameters > Chapter Payroll-X3P > Parameter NBRDSNDWS (Max number of leave/return DSN)

In this parameter, define the maximum number of sick leave or return declarations generated in the same sick leave or return DSN file.

One DSN file can content several declarations.
One declaration mandatory concerns only one legal site.
If the company owns 10 sites, 10 DSN declarations have to be completed.
The 10 DSN declarations can be grouped in the same DSN file.

If the company is multi-site and if you would like to send declarations for all the sites in the same DSN file, the value of this parameter has to be, at least, equal to the number of sites of the company.

For example:

  • If the parameter is set to 1, you can send a sick leave/return declaration in a sick leave/return DSN file.
  • If the parameter is set to 10, you can send 10 sick leave/return declarations in a sick leave/return DSN file.
  • If this parameter is set to 5, and if the company owns 8 sites, you can send 5 sick leave/return declarations in a sick leave/return DSN file, and 3 sick leave/return declarations in another sick leave/return DSN file.

The default value is 1.
