Cnx user - email optional
The parameter Cnx: User-email optional is used to authorize SalesLogix users, unknown in Sage X3, connecting with their email address. In this case, the connection and the traceability of the modified data are carried out with the user defined as the 'Integration login' user.
- The parameter must be set to "Yes" but only in the setup phase, during which the CRM users do not need to be identified nor be allocated access rights.
- The parameter must be set to "No" when using the software, so users connecting to Sage X3 can be identified.
