This parameter controls email notifications to the Sage X3 user assigned as the Planner for a Change control change request.
Yes: Email the project manager (planner) with the email defined in local menu 2055when the change request status is set to In planning. The email contains a uniform resource locator (URL) to the action plan. This effectively therefore, informs the user that they are in control of the delivery and can start building an action plan that will deliver the requirements.
If the change manager reassigns the change request to a different project manager the following emails are sent:
