List of assets to be counted
This report is designed for companies wishing to manually count their assets. It contains the list of assets to be counted (assets identified as being Registerable and not linked to one or several physical elements).
The assets are displayed, classified by company, financial site, geographical site and location.

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Asset management - France.

Entering values for the selection setups is not mandatory. The default values displayed are those entered in the Report dictionary.
When values are entered, no existence control is carried out. Should they be inexistent or inconsistent, no report is carried out.
Description of the report
Implicit Selection
Are automatically excluded:
- the assets issued during the previous financial years,
- the assets with the 'In template' holding type,
- the Inactive assets.
Grouping/sorting and aggregation criteria
The assets are presented, grouped and sorted in ascending order according to the following criteria:
- Company page break
- Financial site page break
- Geographical site page break
- Location Aggregation with page break
- Main asset reference
Restored information
- Header
The header recalls the following information:
-Company reference
-Financial site reference
-Geographical site reference
The report then displays 2 lines per selected asset. An empty column, on the right, allows the user to write their remarks during stock count (for instance: asset status, new location, etc).
