Description of the report

The GAUTACE report displays all the automatic journals defined at folder level along with their characteristics. The automatic journals are classified by alphanumerical order of the journal codes. A page in the report corresponds to each automatic journal.

The report displays first the various characteristics of the header of each automatic journal:

  • The journal code
  • The journal title
  • The journal type
  • The journal short title
  • The original module of the automatic journal
  • The journal type
  • The linked Tables/Fields

For each field of the parameterized header, the report mentions:

  • The field code
  • Its title
  • The formula associated with the field

For each automatic journal line, the GAUTACE report shows then:

  • The line number and its title
  • The type of line
  • The linked Tables/Fields
  • The general table
  • The analytical table
  • The default dimensions
  • The conditions
  • The debit - credit compensation (yes/no).

Finally, for each field parameterized on the line:

  • The field code
  • Its title
  • The associated formula.
