Licensed elem report
This report restores the list of the registered physical elements that meet the sort criteria specified during the print request.
They can be elements assigned to a company, a financial site, a geographic site or a whole/part of a location (Site/Building/Floor/Room).
It is also possible to carry out a selection on registered or non registered elements.
The physical elements are presented sorted by ascending order by Financial site,Geographic site, then by Location or by Group.

Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Fixed Assets - Physical management.

Comments
The data is filtered by site according to the rights granted to the user on the function GESPHY (Physical assets).
Miscellaneous
1/ Entering values for the selection setups is not mandatory. The default values displayed are those entered in the Report dictionary.
2/ Any control of existence is carried out on the values entered for the Room and Location selection setups. In the case where they are inexistent or inconsistent, any print is carried out.Description of the report
Grouping/sort criteria
The assets are presented, grouped and sorted in ascending order according to the following criteria:
- Financial site page break
- Geographic site
Restored information
- Header
The header specifies the reference of the financial site and the geographic site.
This report displays 2 lines by selected financial asset.
