Quality analysis report
Use this report to submit the results of an analysis request that was implemented and validated during a receipt or a specific control. For more information, see the Quality control documentation.
The objective of this report is to present the results of incoming products to ensure that they meet previously defined minimum standards.
This report provides detailed information by the quality control analysis number and contains an approval and date signature line for each quality control analysis number.

Description of the report
The report details include the technical sheet and serial numbers, the pre-defined question, test, results, and manufactured and expiration dates. Additionally, it prints the lot number, source quantity, control end date, product characteristics, country or origin, manufacturer batch number, and packaging and storage information.
The report filters include the quality control analysis number, site, product, lot, and date.
