The MS SQL service allows you to define the connection information needed for the XTreeM X3 service to connect to the X3 database. This definition has to be assigned to the X3 solution definition.
The information to be entered is the following:
User-friendly description of the MS SQL service.
The instance name including the hostname. It can have one of the following forms:
hostnamehostname\instanceThe database name to use.
The user to use for the connection.
The password of the user defined above.
