Use this function to manage Detailed teams for Shop floor tracking activities. You need to  create the team using the Employee function (TABMAT) first.

Adding team members:

The employee must be active and not part of another team. If part of another team, you are prompted to remove that employee from the other team or cancel the request. (See below on removing team members.)

The employee cannot have any open tasks. If you try to add an employee with open tasks, you are prompted to close those tasks or cancel adding the team member.

The employee shift and site should match the team shift and site.

A record of the new member’s Employee ID, full name, and date they joined the team become part of the SFT team table

Note: You can only add individual employees.

Removing team members:

From the Actions icon menu at the beginning of the row, select Delete.

If the employee has any open activities, you are prompted to close out all active tasks or cancel the request.

The employee record is removed from the SFT team table and a record is created in the SFT team history table. This table provides an historical record of all employees who have joined and left the team.
