Notification servers

This entity allows you to define a CTI service for the Computer Telephony Integration.
A single CTI service can be used at a time as defined in the global setting
page.

Information

The following information is associated with a CTI service:

CTI service name

This field defines the name used to reference the CTI service.

Connector

This field defines the type of connector used for the integration. Currently, only the ISI-COM native connector is supported.

Host

This field defines the host name or IP of the CTI server to connect to.

Port

This field defines the port number associated with the CTI server.

CTI default calling code

This field defines the international calling code used by default.

Representation name

The representation name is used for displaying contact information. The default is VCTKCTIINT

The representation must have a details facet and must accept a key in the form {$tel}~{$countryIsoAlpha2}

Last name binding

This field defines the name of the property in the representation that will be used for displaying the last name when receiving an incomming call.

The default value is CALNAM.

First name binding

This field defines the name of the property in the representation that will be used for displaying the first name when receiving an incomming call.

No default value.

Company name binding

This field defines the name of the property in the representation that will be used for displaying the company name when receiving an incomming call.
