Access problem
A user may not have access to the Online help for the following reasons:
- No internet access.
- The help has not been accessed from the Sage X3 client. A token is required from the documentation server; therefore, you cannot use a browser to access the Online help. The shortcuts to call the Online help are:
Esc
+ F1
from the new Versions 7 and above pages, and Esc
+ F1
or Shift
+ Esc
+ F1
from the Classic mode. - If a proxy server is set up somewhere on your network, verify that you have set up the proxy configuration. Depending on how the network access is set up, you might have to define a different type of proxy. When this is done, assign the proxy in the global settings.
