| Database access | - If your Sage X3 Application server is based on an Oracle database installation, you need to install the Oracle Client 12cR2 or 19c 64 bits software on the server. This layer is necessary for the BO software to communicate with the Sage X3 Oracle database. It is also necessary to install the Oracle Client 12cR2 or 19c 32 bits software. This layer is necessary for the BO client tools software to generate BO universes.
