Query facet

The query facet is first displayed when you enter information on the menu entry.

What are the displayed properties?

The minimum properties needed are the ones belonging to the current left list of the Classic function. This list is defined by the Product Business Analyst (PBA).

Key field

The underlined value allows the navigation to the Detail facet.
On the top of the column, the magnifying glass icon allows the selection of records.
Information will be provided soon for keys composed of several fields.

Title

If two titles are defined in the main table, only the short title is displayed in the Query.

Reference

A reference is a key of another table. For example: Country code in the business partner table.
The underlined value allows the navigation to the Detail of the corresponding menu entry.

On the top of the column, the magnifying glass icon allows the selection of records for the corresponding menu entry.

In the menu for this field, "List" allows the navigation to the Query facet for the corresponding menu entry.

The title of the reference is displayed if it exists.
