Use this function to personalize the "Interviews" page in Sage X3 People Portal: displaying or hiding tabs, blocks and links of interview records in Sage X3 People Portal.

Screen management

When creating a new entry transaction, click in the first cell of the table after having indicated the transaction code to display the table content.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Block number 1

  • Code (field COD)

Code identifying the current record.

  • Title (field DES)

Description used by default in reports and screens (if there is enough space).
If you have limited space, you can use the short title if there is one.

It defines the company involved in the process.

A company identifies a legal structure to which transactions and parameterization rules are attached. It is also possible to define non-legal companies (for reporting purposes only).

Sites can be attached to a company.

This code is used to identify the concerned site. A site belongs to one and only one company. A site can represent a geographic location (plant, establishment etc.) or a responsibility center.

All operational management acts are carried out from within a site: such a notion is very important when considering the software as a whole. Each user can be associated with a site by default and by module. Depending on the function being used, the default site is proposed automatically. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on their authorizations.

Block number 1

Block number 2

  • From folder (field DOSORG)

This field is used to define the folder from which the record is going be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the dedicated appendix.

  • All folders (field TOUDOS)

This option is used to copy the record to all the folders defined in the dictionary (ADOSSIER table from the current solution).

  • To folder (field DOSDES)

This field used to define the folder in which the record is going be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the dedicated appendix.

Close

This button is used to copy the record definition from or to another folder.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
