This function allows to define all the headings used in the Payment Plan for extraction of Portuguese legal obligations: Social Security file, Insurance file, Monthly Tax Declaration, Model 10 and Model 30.

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Alphanumeric characters used to identify a company in a unique way .
    Within a single company, it is possible to define one or several sites.
    A company cannot be defined as a legal company (it serves for reporting purposes only).

    • Year (field YEA)

    Field for year of declaration to insert manually.

    Tab Social Security

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Table Amount to declare

    To set up the columns for legal obligations, it is required to set up the miscellaneous table 11551 first. The lines that appear on the legal obligation setup are linked to the miscellaneous table.

    • Previous month (field SSCPREMON1)

    Column Previous month is linked to regularizations. If the record is a regularization must be flaged.

    Each record must be linked to a Heading.
    The heading must be linked to the theme DEC.

    • Root (field SSCACCROT)

     Each record must  be linked to the correspondent account.

    Table Days to declare

    The column field and title are also linked to the Miscellaneous table 11551. If the data in the  miscellaneous table is set to USAGE "DAY" it has to be set up in this group.
    Each record must be linked to a heading and it is mandatory to specify if that line is linked to a regularization. By default the data is set to "No".

    • Previous month (field SSCPREMON2)

     

    Each record must be linked to a Heading.
    The heading must be linked to the theme DEC.

    Tab Insurance

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Table Amount to declare

    Definition of the setup for the Model 30 in a grid.
    Column Field and Title are defined on the Miscellaneous table 11551. In the table it is defined the Field and Title for the lines , by linked it to the correct declaration.

    The heading must be linked to the theme DEC.

     

    Variable is linked to the variable set in the payslip for the employee tax value.
