Prerequisites
The "Time summary" processing SUBCALTPS manages the following time summary variables:
Increased hours, Overtime 25%, Overtime 50%, Hour quota, Time off in lieu 50%, Time off in lieu 100%, Night hours, Sunday hours, Annual leave, Hours worked on bank holidays, Smoothing hours +, Smoothing hours -, Day baskets, Night baskets, Last sick leave date, Last work-related accident date.
To manage others, it is necessary to use the SPECALTPS processing.
Authorizations
This function is object managed. The creation, modification, andcancellation operations can be activated or de-activated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated to this function.
As data are associated to a site, a filter per site can be activated.
