Mono Mode - Implementation

Prerequisites

Only an administrator user (i.e. where the profile corresponds to that defined by the ADMUSR variable) can use this function and be connected in mono-user mode.

The switch to multi-user mode is achieved by the setting of a non-modifiable parameter, called MONO (stored in the ADOVAL [ADW] table), to a non-null value characterising the transfer reason. In a temporary fashion, the MONO symbol is also locked (it can temporarily have a corresponding record in the APLLCK [ALK] table).
