Prerequisites

  • The extraction periods must be created.
  • The reference weeks must exist.
  • The operating plannings of employees must be created.
  • Bank holidays must be defined.
  • The employee must have the "Time management" flag activated in his employee record.
  • The analytical dimension types and analytical dimensions must be defined.
  • The natures of activity must be set.

General parameters

The following general parameters may change the way the function is working :

Time management

 CPOUVRA (defined at level Folder) : Leave control working days

 SCRSAISIE (defined at level User) : Entry screen

 SECCDE (defined at level Folder) : Dimension init

Authorizations

An authorization can be granted for this function to limit the processes to a company or a site.

The following options can be activated or de-activated for each user :

 All users

 Signature

 Entry on calculated payroll

 Modification of checked time

 Entry on closed period

 Modif W on closed period

Entry transactions

This function is working with entry transactions which can be parameterized.
