Adjustments - Implementation
Prerequisites
- Extraction periods must be created.
- Reference weeks must exist.
- Operating plannings of employees must be created.
- Bank holidays must be defined.
- The employee must have the "Time management" flag activated in their employee record.
- Analytical dimension types and analytical dimensions must be defined.
- Natures of activity must be set up.
Activity codes
The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :
Dependent activity codes
These codes are never entered in folder management, because their value is calculated :
AX1 (Dimension type 1),
Sizing
ANA : No. of analytical dimensions
JRREG : Nb days time adjustment
General parameters
The following general parameters may change the way the function is working :
Time management
SCRSAISIE (defined at level User) : Entry screen
SECCDE (defined at level Folder) : Dimension init
Authorizations
An authorization can be granted for this function to limit the processes to a company or a site.
The following options can be activated or de-activated for each user :
All users
Signature
Entry on calculated payroll
Modification of checked time
Entry on closed period
Entry transactions
This function is working with entry transactions which can be parameterized.
