Level of localization / Global variable

The parameter is defined at the level Folder.Belongs to Module SUP (Supervisor) and to Group SEC (Security),in which the following parameters can also be found :

• ADMUSR (Super user)
• MAILSAGE (Sage license e-mail address)
• NBRCON (Max connection attempts)
• PASLNG (Length of password)
• PASSWD (Require password)
• SSOCLAOBJ (Class for LDAP search)
• SSOCONNECT (SSO connection)
• SSODOMAIN (User domain)
• SSOMAJ (Update user upon connection)
• SSOPASSWD (Control SSO password)
• SSOREFMAJ (Reference for user update)
• TABTRA (Trace system transactions)

No global variable is associated to it.

Functions concerned

Upon connection of a user, if the current date is later than the last modification date of the password plus the number of days defined in this parameter, the new password definition window opens and it is not possible to log on before having entered a new password.

Comments

If the value of the parameter is 0, no check on the password validity is made.
