Default start date
This parameter is used to define the default dates that are used each time that a date range is required.

The parameter is defined at the level User.Belongs to Module SUP (Supervisor) and to Group DEF (Default Values),in which the following parameters can also be found :
- CRYDEF (Default country)
- DATEFINDFT (Default end date)
- DATSTADEB (Statistical start date)

- ENDDAT (End date)

- EUROCOD (Euro calculator code)
