This parameter controls access to the debugger. Only those users where it is set to Yes have the possibility to use this mode.

The parameter is defined at the level User.Belongs to Module SUP (Supervisor) and to Group DEV (Development),in which the following parameters can also be found :

AECLIDBG (Eclipse (debugger))
AECLIDBGTR (Eclipse (debugger log))
AECLIMAC (Eclipse - machine (debugger))
AECLIPRT (Eclipse - port (debugger))
AECLIPSE (Eclipse (Editor))
DEVCRY (Report development)

The global variable GDEBUG is associated to it.

Functions concerned

This parameter acts at the level of the engine, but the debugger is potentially useable in all the functions.

Comments

The dbgmode system variable is assigned depending on the value of this programme. In addition, it should be noted that the entry of the formulas using functions such as evalueand sigma is also controlled by this parameter.
