Use this function to validate the shipment of one or several rounds at once.

Screen management

By default, only the rounds Awaiting shipment are displayed in the Rounds table.

To validate one or several rounds:

  • Select sort criteria from the Selection block or by clicking the Criteria action;
  • Click Search to search for the rounds that meet the entered criteria;
  • Select one or several rounds from the Rounds table;
  • Click Save.

All the DOs in a round are processed in the mass shipment function. If at least one of the DOs in the round cannot be shipped, then the round will not be processed in the mass shipment function. In this case, you can use the Shipment by round function and select the DOs that are actually available for shipment.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selection

Code identifying the carrier. This code must be defined in the carrier table.

Usually, the transport mode corresponds to the notions of messaging, freight, express,... The transport mode is checked against the transport modes table.

Code used to identify the store. This code is controlled in the store table.

Address of the selected store location of the Dock type.

  • Inter-site (field CRIINSFLG)

Used to stipulate whether the round is of "inter-site" type or not.

Destination site of the "inter-site" round.

  • Status (field CRISTA)

This field indicates the round status.

  • field CRISTA1

Select this check box if you are searching for a Not compliant round.

  • field CRISTA3

Select this check box if you are searching for a round Awaiting truck.

  • field CRISTA4

Select this check box if you are searching for a round Awaiting shipment.

Grid Rounds

  • field PAGE

 

  • Select (field SEL)

Activate this check box to select the associated item.

This field displays the unique number identifying the carrier appointment within a site. This number is assigned automatically.

  • Date (field DAT)

 

  • Time (field TIM)

 

Code identifying the carrier. This code must be defined in the carrier table.

Usually, the transport mode corresponds to the notions of messaging, freight, express,... The transport mode is checked against the transport modes table.

This field indicates the carrier appointment number, which is linked to the expected input or the shipment round.

Code used to identify the store. This code is controlled in the store table.

 

  • Truck Placard (field PLAQUE)

Truck's registration plate's number.

  • Seal number (field PLOMB)

Seal number (customs).

  • Inter-site (field INSFLG)

This column determines if this is an intersite round.

Destination site of the "inter-site" round.

  • field WEI

Net weight. Four digits after the comma

  • field VOL

Net volume calculated automatically from the data entered in "height", "width" and "depth". Three digits after the comma.

  • field LMT

Linear metering of an entity.

  • DO no (field HEANBR)

This field displays the number of DOs within the round.

  • Status (field QYMSTA)

This field displays the round status.

By default, the following reports are associated with this function :

This can be changed using a different setup.

Specific actions

Click Criteria to view the complete list of filters.

Click Search to launch a new search based on the entered criteria.

Click RTZ (Return To Zero) to reset the search criteria.

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

The round cannot be mass-managed
This message is displayed if one of the DOs in the selected round cannot be shipped.

Record does not exist
This message is displayed if the entered record does not exist.
