Shipment statistical report
This document is used to be informed of the shipments carried out by shipment round.
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Outputs.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
Outputs > Shipments > Shipment by DO
Outputs > Shipments > Mass round shipment
Outputs > Shipments > Shipment by round

Comments
In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.
Description of the report
The header of the EXPEDITION report displays the following information:
- The requested site and depositor
- The requested shipment date range
For each line of the statistical report, groupings by carrier, transport mode, are performed and make it possible to know:
- The carrier code and the transport mode of the shipped round
- The number of Delivery Notes shipped by carrier, transport mode line
- The number of Carriage Notes shipped by carrier, transport mode line (1/shipping round)
- The number of Carriage Receipts shipped by carrier, transport mode line
- The loading information by carrier/transport mode line:
Weight, Volume, Metering.
Number of SUs, Total number of parcels, Detail number of parcels and number of parcels shippable as is.
A sub-total is achieved by carrier/transport mode pair if it is requested in the criteria; a general total is also printed for the requested period.
