Presentation
In order to create a receipt mode, a code is assigned to it that identifies it in a unique manner with 2 character and a title. This information is located in the header of the management screen.
-Cross docking. Used to trigger Cross-Docking for the receipt mode.
- Exceeded quantity check. This section informs the system if it needs to check whether or not the quantities planned upon receipt validation have been exceeded.
- Receipt check list. Specifies if the system prints a receipt check list at the moment of administrative receipt declaration.
- Automatic addressing.Specifies if the system launches the automatic addressing of inputs further to receipt validation depending on the receipt mode of the EI.
EI line never closed. Irrespective of the received quantity, the EI line never automatically switches to the status 8- Received/closed. On the other hand, it is made possible via an interface.
Automatic addressing: If the check box is selected, the created direct input is automatically addressed as soon as the receipt has been validated. Otherwise, the direct input is created and the addressing can be started.
- No. All the balances of the received EIs are kept in the portfolio.
- Close the line. The partly received lines are closed. The non-received lines are kept as balances
- Close the input. All the EI balances are closed upon first receipt of the expected input.
The parameters 'Close the line" and "Close the input" behave in the same way as the "No" setup within the framework of a receipt in "drip and drop" mode. This means that the absence of balance management is not compatible with the "Drip and Drop" receipt mode.
