From this screen, you can :
Manually addressed one or several input movements.

The screen is made up of a simple table presenting the input movements waiting to be addressed (status 1).

To address manually, just key in on the line of the movement to be addressed the store and the address.
Several lines can be keyed in, then once the keying in is finished, the button allows to launch the addressing of the movements.
The controls carried out during the automatic addressing stay active and the system generates a log file with the eventual anomalies and the progress of the process.
The log file will be more detailed if the box ‘Detailed log file’ is ticked.
A non-addressed movement will give forth a stock object : it should correspond to a received physical object and can be updated manually.
During the launching of this addressing , the SL will not be created automatically, it is therefore necessary to generate it manually through the ‘Storing list’ function.

The button allows to select the input movements to be addressed by keying in the following information : Input n°, input reference, line n° , input line reference, item code, item description. |
Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
No container correspondences.
For the store keyed in, there exists no container correspondence and the container of the movement and that of the location are different.
No possible input.
The location is full.
Picking location is full.
The keyed in picking location is full and the storage type of the location does not allow the exceeding of the maximum capacity.
Location assigned to an item and the item is different.
The selected location is assigned to an item different to that of the movement.
Location assigned to a depositor and the depositor is different.
The selected location is assigned to a depositor different to that of the movement.
Mono depositor location and different depositor.
The selected location contains an item of a depositor different to that of the movement.
Mono item location and different item.
The selected location contains an item different to that of the movement.
Mono container location and different container.
The selected location contains an item container different to that of the movement.
Mono lot location and different lot.
The selected location contains a lot different to that of the movement (storage type).
Mono origin location and different origin.
The selected location contains a stock object whose origin is different to that of the movement (storage type).
Mono reservation location and different reservation.
The selected location contains a stock object whose reservation code is different to that of the movement (storage type).
Mono date location and different date.
The selected location contains a stock object whose FIFO date is different to that of the movement (storage type) or whose FIFO bracket is not compatible to that of the location.
FIFO date is less than input date
The addressed movement has a date older than the oldest stock object of the location and the storage type of the location does not allow it.
Container correspondence forbidden.
The input mode of the item states that container correspondence defined for this store is forbidden or the storage type of the location states that container correspondence defined for this store is forbidden.
Item container is non standard homogeneous.
The storage type of the location states that only standard objects can be accepted and the movements to be addressed are not.
Location not homogeneous.
The storage type of the location states that it can only contain homogeneous objects and the movements to be addressed do not have the same « homogeneity » as that of the objects of the location.
Picking location and stock nature.
The keyed in location is of the picking type, and the movement to be addressed has a stock nature : it is therefore not possible to address it in this type of location.
Picking location and reservation code.
The keyed in location is of the picking type, and the movement to be addressed has a reservation code : it is therefore not possible to address it in this type of location.
Picking location and SbD<= date of the day
The keyed in location is of the picking type, and the movement to be addressed has an outdated send by date : it is therefore not possible to address it in this type of location.
Picking location and SBD<= date of the day
The keyed in location is of the picking type, and the movement to be addressed has an outdated sell by date : it is therefore not possible to address it in this type of location.
Picking location and UBD<= date of the day
The keyed in location is of the picking type, and the movement to be addressed has an outdated used by date : it is therefore not possible to address it in this type of location.
Picking location and retention date > date of the day
The keyed in location is of the picking type, and the movement to be addressed has a retention date not yet achieved : it is therefore not possible to address it in this type of location.
Not compatible assignment class.
The selected location has an assignment class that is not compatible to that of the movement container of the addressed item.
Not compatible rotation class.
The selected location has a rotation class that is not compatible to that of the movement container of the addressed item.
Incomplete key in of serial n°.
The addressed item needs the keying in of serial n° that is not yet completely carried out.
No lot n°.
The addressed item needs the keying in of lot n° that is not yet completely carried out.
No support n° keyed in.
The addressed item needs the keying in of support n° that is not yet completely carried out.
Item blocked in input.
The item file of the addressed item is blocked in input.
Item is being inventoried.
The addressed item is being inventoried.
Location blocked in input.
The keyed in location is blocked in input.
Partial input not allowed.
The movement as it is cannot be addressed on the location (problem of available space) and the user wishes that it should not be divided. Therefore, the addressing is impossible.
