End of control
From this screen, you can declare the end of control phase for one or several inputs.
The input control management can be used to block the addressing of an input when the physical operation has not yet been completed and declared in the system. This is a manual feature easy to implement for applying a physical control without having to identify the stock on a given area. This operation is not linked to a setup.
If you need to implement a more standard quality control (quality store management, quality record and sampling), Warehousing provided a complete quality control feature based on a sampling process, and available from version G2.
Screen management
Principle
When calling this function, only inputs at status “2-Control in progress” are displayed (check box “Input in pending control” selected by default).
The “Input control done” check box is used to display the portfolio above, as well as the already controlled inputs.
Several lines can be entered. Once the entry is completed, click the “Save” button to launch the end of the inputs control. The input moves to status “1-Not addressed” and the control parameter on the input header is then set to ‘Yes’.
