Prerequisite

The allocation rule that specifies the fields and the number of recipients to be entered needs to be previously defined.

Activity codes

The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :

Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.

Moreover only those allocation rules for which the user has been granted an execution right can be managed by this function
