Planning
This function is used to define and track the provisional activity planning of each resource on their respective sites.
The planning contains two types of days:
- the day not worked: (represented by grey boxes in the planning)
- the day worked: (represented by white or color boxes in the planning) Only these days worked accept the assignment of natures of activity.
A day worked is comprised of 4 slots. Each slot can be associated with one of the 5 following natures of activity:
- Inputs: it regroups all the activities of the input area (e.g.: receipt, storage)
- Outputs: it regroups all the activities of the output area (e.g.: picking, declarative load preparation, palletization, etc.)
- Stocks: it regroups all the activities of the stock area (e.g.: transfer, stock count, adjustment, assembly, etc.)
- Other natures: it regroups all the other activities, excluding inputs, outputs and stocks.
- leave: it regroups all types of leave (paid holidays, recuperation days, sick leave, etc.)
- not defined: it represents the worked days that have been initialized on the planning but without any specified nature of activity (green boxes on the planning).

Screen management
After creating a resource by means of the corresponding function, their planning is defined by means of 2 tabs that display the planning by month or by year.

Presentation
It specifies the resource code as well as the month starting from which the planning should be displayed.

Presentation
This tab displays the monthly planning of the resource over 6 months.
creating a planning is subdivided into 2 phases:
- initializing a month: this phase is mandatory before activities can be assigned.
- Assigning an activity to one of the 4 slots of a work day:
Initializing a month
this phase consists in initializing the work days and holidays in a month according to the resource's prototype planning and the holidays.
If the resource does not have a prototype planning, all the days in the month are initialized to "Undefined".
If the resource has a prototype planning, all the days in the month are initialized based on their planning.
Assigning activities
After selecting a nature of activity (it is then displayed in bold), the slots concerned only need to be clicked. Furthermore, it is possible to assign several adjacent slots by maintaining the left button depressed while moving the mouse.

Initialization
This option is used to initialize a month of the planning.
Work day
This option is used to move a holiday in the planning to a work day. This work day is assigned by default to the activity nature "Undefined".
Holiday
This option is used to turn a day worked in the planning into a holiday.

This tab displays the yearly planning of the resource over 12 months.
